Do you ship all over India?

Yes, we ship all over the country. Orders placed in India are delivered by safe and reliable courier service. If your address is in a location that is not served by these companies, we would contact you to find an alternative solution for your items to reach you. Do you offer International Shipping?

At the moment, we ship only within India. However, we are working on international shipping and will offer it very soon.

How long does it take for orders to reach me?

It depends on where in the country you are located. Orders are processed from Karnataka within 1-2 working days and take another 3-6 working days depending on the distance from Karnataka. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive delivery and tracking information via email or SMS.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Prepaid orders above Rs. 700 are eligible for FREE SHIPPING. Orders below Rs. 700 will be charged a basic all-India fee of Rs. 50.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations:

What are your conditions for returns and exchanges?

All our products are handmade and made with love. Each product is unique, and no two pieces are alike. This also means that there may be slight differences in the colors or printing of the product compared to the picture on the website. 

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we regret we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase for returns. Return of an exchanged product is not permitted.

Return/exchange of a discounted product is not permitted.

Customized items are made to the measurements provided by the customer, therefore custom made and made to measure items are not eligible for return or exchange. Items that cannot be returned* are listed in the description of the respective item.

How can I cancel an order?

Orders can be canceled at any time before they are dispatched. In this case, the refund will be processed within 10 working days via the original means of payment. For orders placed via COD, the refund will be made by bank transfer. 

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please write to us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing the order.

What should I do if I need a refund?

Refunds are only processed in the event of an unfulfilled order or a manufacturing fault with the garment supplied. As all our products are handmade, there may be some variation in measurements and colors, but this is not considered a product fault. Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment.

We will not process your exchange until we have received the garment to be exchanged. All costs associated with shipping and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. The item must not be worn or washed and must be returned in its original condition and with the original labels. Once these conditions are met, the exchange will be processed within 15 working days of receipt of the goods.

Notes:

Products purchased during the sale are not eligible for exchange or return.

The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returned and exchanged items.

Payment:

What payment options are available?

You can pay online on our website using netbanking, your debit or credit card. We also accept all major wallets and UPI. Cash on delivery is available all over India.

Is cash on delivery possible?

We offer cash on delivery for an additional fee of Rs 100. Once you place an order on the website COD, you will receive a Whatsapp message or an automated call to confirm your order. If you do not confirm the order, it will not be processed. Customers must pay the full amount of their order before opening the package. The product ordered and confirmed is final; COD products cannot be tried or returned at the delivery point.

The payment has been debited but I have not received an order confirmation?

Sometimes this can happen due to a network error. Do not worry, we are here to help. Just send us a screenshot of the payment transaction to [email protected] and sit back. We will check the payment on our end and place your order manually.

Taxes and duties

If the law of the country in which you live prescribes a duty, the customer is obliged to pay it. Duties must be paid in addition to the selling price and cannot be cited as a reason for returning/rejecting the package

What are the non-refundable charges?

Original shipping charges and taxes and duties paid upon receipt are non-refundable. Return shipping costs and duties/taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

In any case, if Li'l Ohana sends you a faulty product/order, we will be responsible to pay all the above costs. For more information on faulty products, please refer to the Terms and Conditions.

Care:

How to care for the clothing?

Well-made garments require equally well-intentional caring.

It's easy if you follow a few simple tips:

- Wash separate, machine wash on gentle cycle or hand wash  

- Cold wash Mild detergent

- Do not use bleach

- Iron or steam with warm water

- Dry in the shade 

- Hang to dry

Fabric Slubs, isolated threads and perceived gaps are due to the handwoven nature of the fabrics. If they do not exist, the fabrics is not handwoven and does not deserve the price on the label.

What is special about your clothes?

Please note: Due to the nature of the dyeing process, the colours and weight of the textiles may vary between different batches. This is not considered a fault. Also, inconsistencies in the colour and texture of the print are not a fault, but a beautiful feature of natural processes.

Although we make every effort to display the colours of the products on the website as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that the colours will be reproduced completely correctly on your monitor or screen, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. In addition, the colours in the pictures may differ from the actual product.

Natural dyes

Slight colour bleeding of dark coloured garments like red, blue, green and black is normal in the initial washes after which the colours stabilise. This is due to hand yarn dye.

Will the colours bleed?

Due to hand yard dye, dark colours may bleed a little during the first few washes and stabilise.

Will the clothes shrink?

The products are prewashed and shrinking should not occur.

Can I have my product personalised?
