Li’l Ohana is a designer, manufacturer and retailer of designer-quality products offered at great value to the customer. Our products are made mainly from high quality fabrics and are handmade.

PRICING POLICY
Prices on the website are inclusive of taxes in India (GST) and packing. For international deliveries, these prices do not include delivery charges, transaction fees charged by banks and payment gateways, and customs/import duties that may apply if the goods are shipped outside India. For an overview of delivery charges, please see our Delivery and Shipping Terms page. The prices of the products are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices in other currencies are based on current exchange rates. Payment for products ordered may be made in other currencies, subject to the addition of transaction charges. We reserve the right to change prices or shipping amounts at any time without notice.
PRIVACY POLICY
We make every effort to protect the privacy of our users and customers. This privacy policy sets out how Li’l Ohana uses and protects any information that you give us when you use this website. Your online privacy and security is our priority and we are committed to ensuring that you are protected. We will not share, sell, distribute or lease, personal information you provide to us, including your name, address, telephone number and email address. We will not receive your bank details, credit/debit card number, expiry date, cardholder name or any other information for payments made through our payment gateway.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We have done our best to present our items as truthfully as possible on the website. Li’l Ohana products are handmade. Please note that variations in colour, size, thickness, shape and appearance may occur due to the hand-woven nature. The care instructions on the website are a general guide. Please refer to the care instructions on the garment label for specific instructions. Measurements may vary by up to one inch as garments are cut and sewn by hand.
As the textiles are handmade and dyed with natural colours, there may be a 10% variation in thickness and colour. This is not considered a defective item. If a customer declares an item as faulty for such a reason, it will not be accepted as faulty until we have received and checked the garment back at our studio. Faulty items will only be declared if the fabric is torn or the seams are broken.
If you wish to exercise your legal right to reject faulty items, you must return them to us and our team will inspect them. Li’l Ohana reserves the right to accept or reject the return after the quality team has inspected the product and determined the results.
To claim a defective product, you must return it to us in accordance with the procedure we will communicate to you. Upon receipt of the product, we will conduct a thorough inspection. If the complaint is satisfactory, Li’l Ohana will refund the product to the customer along with the shipping charges incurred in returning the product against actual receipt from the courier. In the event of an unsatisfactory claim, the customer will be required to pay the duty/taxes paid by Li’l Ohana to accept the delivery and may then arrange for collection of the product.

ORDER CANCELLATION BY LI’L OHANA
Due to unavoidable circumstances, certain orders that have been validly placed may not be processed or shipped. Li’l Ohana reserves the sole right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include suspension of shipments to a particular location by our delivery carriers, limitations on quantities available for purchase, errors in product or pricing information, or defects in the quality of the product or textiles. We will contact you if all or part of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after payment has been debited, you will be refunded within 15 working days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDER REFUNDS
The customs duties prescribed by the respective country of dispatch shall be borne by the customer. In case of non-payment of duties and taxes for collection of the shipment, Li’l Ohana will not accept any claim for refund. The remaining terms and conditions must be fulfilled according to our shipping and return policy.
